Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
